As your
dinner planner I will prepare and cook a balanced and
nutritious monthly dinner plan with four different weekly
menus which includes a varied diet like vegetables, poultry, meat,
fish, fruit, nuts, dairy, eggs, rice and pasta.
I will prepare five meals once per week for you to collect or to deliver to your house. There has to be one person at your house to
open the door and to put some meals in the fridge and others in the freezer.
The meals are accompanied with some instructions
about how to serve each meal.
You will receive
the weekly menu by email in a
newsletter which I recommend
you print and post on the fridge next to the school lunch
list so kids can check it for themselves
